Fairly Frugal K-pop Finds operates as an independent reseller through Mercari, a third-party marketplace platform. Because all transactions are processed exclusively through Mercari, all refund, return, and dispute processes are governed by Mercari's policies — not by Fairly Frugal K-pop Finds directly.

1. All Transactions Occur Through Mercari

This website does not process payments, collect payment information, or handle financial transactions of any kind. When you purchase a product, you are completing that transaction on Mercari's platform. As a result, Fairly Frugal K-pop Finds does not have the ability to directly issue refunds, process returns, or adjust charges.

2. Refunds and Returns Are Governed by Mercari

All refund and return requests must be submitted through Mercari's resolution process. Mercari's Buyer Protection policy provides coverage for eligible purchases. To initiate a return or refund, please follow the steps outlined in Mercari's Help Center at mercari.com/help.

Common grounds for a refund under Mercari's policy include items that are significantly not as described or items that are not received. Please review Mercari's current policies for full eligibility details.

3. Seller Does Not Directly Process Payments

Fairly Frugal K-pop Finds does not collect or hold payment on behalf of buyers. All payment processing, fund holding, and disbursement is managed exclusively by Mercari. We do not have access to your payment information.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about a purchase, please use Mercari's built-in resolution tools. You may open a return request directly through your Mercari account within the eligible window after delivery. Fairly Frugal K-pop Finds will cooperate fully with Mercari's resolution process.

5. Handmade and Custom Items

Certain items offered may be handmade, custom-prepared, or independently assembled. Minor variations in appearance, packaging, or finish are inherent to the nature of handmade goods and do not constitute a defect. However, if an item is materially not as described, you are entitled to open a resolution request through Mercari.

6. Limited Availability

Items are offered in limited quantities and may sell out at any time. Once an item is sold, it may not be restocked. Availability shown on this website is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee that an item is currently in stock on Mercari.
